FAQ
Questions?
Short answers to the questions people ask often. If yours is not here, write to [email protected].
Getting started
I have paid. How do I start getting codes?
Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Open Slips for ready-to-copy booking codes and Legs for every game on the slate. What you see depends on your plan.
What is a leg, and what is a slip?
A leg is one pick on one game. A slip puts several legs into one booking code, aimed at an odds target such as 2, 3, 5 or 10.
How do I use a booking code?
Copy the code from the slip and paste it where your bookmaker asks for a booking code. If a game on the slip is not available there, the code may load fewer legs, and we say so on the slip. Odds at your bookmaker can differ from the ones on the slip, and a game can start or change before you bet.
Slips and games
What does the risk slider do?
It sets how much risk you want, from Riskier to Safer in seven steps. Move it and the slips change. It is a setting, not a promise: no slip is guaranteed.
How often do slips update?
Slips are rebuilt at least every six hours. The slips page shows when it was last updated.
Why does a slip show fewer legs, or a game disappear?
A game may have started, changed or been withdrawn, or it may fall outside the window your plan covers. Fixtures and odds come from other companies and can contain errors.
Plans, payment and devices
What happens when my plan ends?
You go back to the Free plan straight away. Nothing renews by itself. Buy again from Plans before it ends and the new days are added after your current ones, so none are lost.
I paid but I do not see my plan.
Refresh Slips first. If your plan is still missing, email [email protected] with your payment reference and we will check it.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan allows a set number of devices signed in at the same time; the Plans page and your account page show it. If you sign in on more devices than your plan allows, we end the oldest session. Sharing an account to get round the limit is not allowed.
Credits
How long does a credit last? Does it end with my plan?
Paid plans come with credits for the booking tools. They arrive when the pass starts and end when it ends. If you upgrade, what you have left carries over and ends with the new pass. Credits you buy never end and work on every plan, including Free. Buying a pack also keeps any plan credits that were about to end for at least 30 days from the purchase. Credits that end soonest are spent first.
Invites and rewards
How does my invite link work?
Your invite link is on your account page. People who open it and sign up count once they verify their email. When 10 have verified, you earn 7 days of Starter (VIP and VVIP get credits instead). This is earned once per person. Your own accounts and email variants of your address do not count.
How does the loyalty reward work?
When someone you invited buys Starter, VIP or VVIP (not Taster), you get 7 days on your plan, whatever length they bought. You can earn it up to 5 times, and each reward is added after the days you already have.
