Agreement

By using OddSignal (oddsignal.site) you agree to these Terms of use. They include our Refund policy, our Privacy policy and our Responsible gambling page. If you do not agree, please do not use OddSignal. We may update these terms from time to time, and if you keep using OddSignal after a change, you accept it.

Who we are

OddSignal is owned and operated by Teehelm Enterprises Ltd (“Teehelm”, “we”, “us”), the legal entity behind the platform. Teehelm is the merchant on record for paid plans bought directly on oddsignal.site. Any charge for OddSignal on a bank or card statement should be read as a charge by Teehelm Enterprises Ltd.

What OddSignal is

OddSignal publishes ranked betting slips and sports analysis, produced by our own proprietary engine, with booking codes you can copy to your bookmaker.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OddSignal, and you are asked to confirm your age when you create an account. By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older.
• You are legally allowed to use sports betting information services where you live.
• You will follow all local laws that apply to sports betting.
• The information you give us is accurate and up to date.

Your account

You sign in to OddSignal with your Google account or with a one-time code we email to you. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in secure.
• Everything that happens under your account.
• Telling us at once if you suspect someone else has used it.

Each plan allows a set number of devices to be signed in at the same time, shown on the Plans page and on your account page. If you sign in on more devices than your plan allows, we end the oldest session. Sharing your account to get around the limit is not allowed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. To delete your account, email us at [email protected].

Plans

OddSignal has five plans: Free, Taster, Starter, VIP and VVIP. Free costs nothing. Taster, Starter, VIP and VVIP are unlocked by buying a plan for a fixed period such as 7 or 30 days, paid in advance. What each plan includes, and the price in naira (₦), is shown on the Plans page before you pay. We may change plans and prices, and a change applies to later purchases.

A paid plan runs until the end time shown on your account page. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan straight away, with no grace period. Every paid plan is a one-off payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically.

Payments

You pay for a plan by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment processor Flutterwave. We do not see or store your bank login or card details. A plan is activated once the payment is confirmed, so please pay the exact amount shown. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank.

Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Slips and accuracy

Our slips are estimates based on the data available to us. You accept that:

• No slip is guaranteed to win.
• Past results do not guarantee future results.
• A grade or risk setting is our own assessment, not a promise or a probability of the outcome.
• Fixtures, odds and results come from third parties and may contain errors. Odds at your bookmaker may differ from those a slip was built on, and a game may start, change or be withdrawn before you bet.

Responsible use

OddSignal helps you make informed choices; it does not guarantee profit. You agree to:

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Treat our slips as one input among many, not as your only reason to bet.
• Get help if betting stops being fun.
• Stay away from OddSignal if gambling is prohibited where you live.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or automatically copy our slips without permission.
• Resell or redistribute our slips commercially, or pass them off as your own analysis.
• Share your account, or create several accounts, to get around plan or device limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use OddSignal for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Pretend to be someone else or misstate who you are.

Intellectual property

Most things on OddSignal, including slips, analysis, design and branding, belong to Teehelm Enterprises Ltd. If unsure, please send a written notice to our contact email ([email protected]) for enquiries or copyright concerns. You may share individual slips for personal, non-commercial use. You may not systematically copy, redistribute or resell our content. On the plans that carry a watermark, each slip is marked with your name and ID, visibly and in invisible marks inside its text, so a slip shared against these terms can be traced to the account it was shown to.

Service availability

We aim to keep OddSignal available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may pause access for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Slips depend on third-party data that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• OddSignal is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for financial losses from acting on our slips, or for losses caused by service interruptions or data errors.
• Our total liability to you for all claims is capped at the lower of two amounts: the price of seven days of the paid plan you hold, and the price of the time left on your plan on the day we approve your claim.
• If you are on the Free plan, our liability to you is nil.

Indemnity

You agree to protect Teehelm Enterprises Ltd, its owners and its staff from claims, damages and costs that arise from your use of OddSignal, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith. If that fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
