This Refund policy is part of our Terms of use and forms one agreement with them. Words that are capitalised here but not defined have the meaning given in the Terms of use.

No refunds on purchases

Because OddSignal is a paywalled service sold as plans, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you buy a plan, you are not entitled to a refund or credit from OddSignal, from our payment processors, or from anyone connected with either of them, in any circumstances. That includes, without limitation, a purchase made by mistake, a plan you did not use, dissatisfaction with the Service, and a Service that was delayed or not delivered.

However, OddSignal may, at our sole discretion, offer a discount or provide a refund strictly in the form of platform credits, at any time. Receiving such credit in one instance does not entitle you to any further discounts or credits in any other or future instances.
